The current field in Fredericksburg is unmatched and can only be compared to Washington, DC from 1995 – 2005 (recall, the Washington Post sports page). If we lose this, then it will be because of Osha (i.e., Yumi) Spa located at [street address redacted]. The problem with this particular AMP is it’s visibility, it’s location, the amount of foot traffic, etc … It seems the neighboring businesses are noticing the amount foot traffic and getting envious. If you compare their location to that of Green Garden Spa located at [street address redacted] you will notice the difference. One is able to keep a low profile while the other has a front row space (visible from the main road) on a par with Staples, grocery stores and places where women take their kids along with them. Whether you know it or not, your wives and significant others are complaining and sooner or later LE (or more likely some politician looking to get re-elected) will be forced to act in some way. Let’s just hope we don’t lose this privilege all together.
