I know the one in eden prarie is a Vietnamese girl.....when they were building it...she was always there...so I asked, and she said she was running it. I haven't been in to try them out at all. I went to vnam restaurant, and wanted to poke my head in and introduce myself....if I would have gotten some type of coupon...I would have went back to try them out.....they wont see me...hmmmp! hahahah
