I just watched the report on WCCO tonight. I have never visited either one and after seeing the mugshots, now I know why...

The story sounds fishy. In both cases the officer 'negotiated'? prices for the massage higher then are advertised or offered?

Second the one on Main speaks hardly a lick of English. I'm not saying one way or another if she did or did not wax his willy. But, something is off here.

Parlors seems to be getting busted all over EMP's forum. So I guess it's an election year.

$15 and you have all of the inside information that you want. I know it is entertaining, but perhaps the brag fest should stop.

Why can't they think out of the box and bust the parlors that don't offer HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras? .

Maybe we should start reporting HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras given at the places
that don't - and no HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras at the places that do? Then the police would only bother the ones that have HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras reported in their reviews.
Sounds like a good idea to me.

The point of LE is to coerce a common behavior in society. If they were busting the no extra massage parlors, then all of them would quickly fall in line. You would be lying on the table and say look are you going to wax the weasel or not? and she would quickly say Ya! Ya! The cat and mouse game of subtly conveying your desire for an HE would give way to a guaranteed finish.

Over time, reverse psychology would come into play and hobbiests, bored of the sure thing, would start to coerce the providers into the dangerous act of not providing HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras and breaking the law! Tips would transition to only when no HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras were provided. LE would perceive a change in the tide of behavior and knowing that the quickest way to get everyone in line is to go with the flow, would change policy and start busting the providers that provide HJ (hand jobs), BJ (blowjobs) and FS (full service). There may be limits on how much service management will allow.">extras. Thus the vicious cycle begins anew...

All joking aside, time and time again the bragging turns into liability for the providers. They say "Don't bite the hand that feeds you." That's what is occurring. You guys may have much better pickins if only some discretion was used. Method may still be open for business. I too like to read about the experiences, but perhaps the tales should be kept to the forum without the location disclosed. If you enjoyed your massage, then give it a thumbs up without the details. If you didn't, then give it a thumbs down.

The ads are still up and someone told me that the police might be using the locations to set up a sting. Be careful out there!

Listen, LE doesn't need any site to tell them what is up in their towns. Hell if they were truly using this site or any site, they wouldn't brag about it and lead guys to stop posting good information. Can reviews help them sure, but they still have to send a UC in and he still has to be offered services that is on the spa gal and mamasan, they better be on their game.

What LE does not like about these sites, is they would rather not be busting spas, at all, but the politians and the 'concerned citizens' that read these sites are the ones who put the pressure on LE to act on it. If EMP was the source of all their INTEL they would keep that quiet, they are trying to tell us other people with influence read these too.

In one city I am familiar with, there are not enough toys in the sandbox for the large well equipped police force, and apparently not enough issues for the local politicians to talk about. So the cops busted an AMP, it make the lead story for the 10 PM news, and then the local politician and the chief of police started talking about the workers being victims of human trafficking. Well guess what, I happened to know the owner and the workers and they were not controlled by anyone. They made a decision to work there just like anyone makes a job decision. They were not trafficked.

In another town they mention naughtyreviews since massage parlor content is out in the open including details.
But the rock is pretty spot on , all they need is a bunch of complaints and the mamasen+ mp gal to slip up.
