There have been threads bemoaning
DIY providers but there are clearly enough willing clients to keep it going. Supply/demand -- fine.
I don't question that the experience can be quite sensual and satisfying -- my question is whether it's any less risky or dare I say illegal.
Scenario 1: Client is undraped and regardless of provider's state of undress, provider provides
HE with hand. Not much leeway there from a legal standpoint. Discretion is key.
Scenarios 2-?: Provider is naked or at least topless, rubbing all over client, including genitals but does not manually touch genitals and encourages client to self-pleasure, and in fact may advertise this in emails as part of the experience. The safest part is that it might just be too much of pain to try to prosecute --
LE simply may not see it as worth pursuing.
I've read the various threads on the legality of each but remain unconvinced it's less risky legally. I do completely understand if the provider just wants to draw the line there -- that is their choice which I respect.
And if you accuse me of a convoluted attempt at encouraging
DIY providers to just follow through, guilty as charged! (and for the record, I don't think any of the above scenarios should be illegal -- massage is healthy and the world would be a better place if it was more common and accepted).
