Erotic massages are not likely legal in any state (except maybe Nevada), does not matter if you do it to a man or a woman.

In most states you must be certified and or licensed to even offer a massage (lax enforcement of these regulations, allows this hobby to continue on).

I have given massages to past girlfriends and they are amazed on how good I am at it. I actually learned alot from all the massage parlors I have been too and knowing what it takes to get the knots out of my own back.
