Lets examine that for a moment "Men treat tramps like ladies and ladies like tramps".

This statement implies tramps = easy women or women who have sex easily or with anyone.
This statement implies ladies = opposite of tramps or women who are not giving it up much.

Men love sex. Men always want to have sex.

So naturally men will treat a women who is providing sex better then one who is not. This I believe could be considered fact.

So to redo the statement "Men treat women who provide sex better then women who do not" is pretty much the same statement more crudely worded.

I would say this one is true, not sometimes but almost always.

Not always, tho. My ex- was great in bed, horny as hell, loved to fuk and suck (and well into her 40s), but an all-around bitch otherwise, and impossible to live with. I had a hard time getting it up with her as she was so infuriating, so had to use V. She was a real "lady" in real life, but liked dress up, sex toys, oral, talking dirty, rough stuff.
