Spa, VIP, and maybe Lotus (tho I've not tried it). Walk in, check out the girls, and if you don't like what you see, leave. Don't rely on the
mamasan unless you really like what you see, and don't be afraid to leave and ask for your money back. Hono has just too many places to go. I'd not go drunk or after the clubs close as that is the "rush hour" (2 for most, 4 for a couple). Mid-day is a great time, but weekends there are many more girls. I'd say hit some clubs for happy hour til @ 7-8, then go hunting. There are some really fantastic girls there and worth seeking out. Definitely avoid the street walkers in Waikiki and Chinatown, tho some of them are pretty awesome (look but dont' touch). And don't get suckerd in to the Korean bars (escort bars) on Kapiolani, (Club Office, Business, etc), as you'll buy them way too many drinks for 4x your own price and probably get nothing. You might try Craiglist as I've seen some real lookers there, but never know if the pics are real. Read the reviews and ask for the girls (like Mimi) that we all rave about -- for good reason! Enjoy paradise and spread some green when the spread their fine legs, they need it!
