Well most Asian people consider calling a person Oriental a slur, they do not like to be called Oriental, it is a word that is to be used to discribe objects, like food, rugs, decor, art, etc.. In short there aren't "Oriental women".
So the name of the spa describes the service not the service provider. Can't a non-Asian give an Oriental massage?
Now if it had said "Asian Spa" you may have a more logical assumption as to the staffing, as it can be used to discribe people as well as the service.
