I had been there several time times but on 5-24-23 she came out of another room after finishing another client and she was talking on her phone; I was escorted to another room, waited and she continued talking on her phone until she had me turn on my back. She didn't pay attention to details and I didn't leave her a tip as usual. Very inattentive, not really into massage and then I sure wasn't either. Not happened before so I don't know what the rude phone chatter was about. Room was very cold also. I'm gonna find another place.
