I've been disappointed with this place in the past but decided that after almost a year I would try it again. As I was expecting it was disappointing. This place still gives off the +L1 service vibe but didn't go anywhere. She left me uncovered with no issues and asked if I wanted 2 girls. I told her no and when I tried MT she said no touching really loud you could hear it all through the place. she kept pressuring me to upgrade to 90 min to the point where it started getting insulting and at that point, I was ready to leave. On the flip was full covered and nothing extra. Will never give that place a chance again.

Mixed feelings about this one:

Entered and was Kindly greeted by 30-ish & 50-ish year old Chinese women. I used their bathroom and was led into a back room.
I undressed and waited no more than 30 seconds.
30 minute Massage was decent and relaxing for the $45.
She worked the usual areas and rubbed bare butt with a gentle touch. No tickling or play, even though I signaled for it.
She let me rub her legs and touch minimally. Not much else to say.

After warm towel wipe down I turned over and asked for L1 (hj) for a hefty tip, which confused her. Her English is not too good, but I was very clear with that I wanted.
She stated that she “had another appointment waiting”, and could not service me. I asked for another 30 minutes from the other woman in hopes of receiving some extra care, to no avail.
(She made me aware that I would need to pay another $45 for an additional 30 minute session)
I turned it down and quickly dressed myself. Upon exiting, both women were waiting at the front (not attending to other patrons), and hassled me for “extra tip” (in thick Chinese accent). I passed over $9 and she complained that it wasn’t enough (she saw my wallet with ample cash). I told her that I’m not willing to tip anymore, and told her that I’ll schedule a 60 minute session next week (with a guaranteed L1 finish). She nodded and I was off.

Mixed feelings for this spa. It most definitely meets the criteria and “vibe” of a FS spa, but fell short. I won’t count them out though.
Perhaps a 60 minute session, or a 30 minute session with clear “frontside” instructions would prove fruitful next time.

Let this review serve as a warning regarding tip haggling for anyone willing to try. They will pester you, so I recommend keeping minimal cash in your pocket and using that first, rather than showing your wallet.

I will give it one more chance, and provide updates for anyone looking for a decent L1 spa.
