How do I find women to work in my massage parlor?

Hi everyone, my name is Will and I have a small private massage parlor in Lewisville Texas. I've had a few girls working for me but all have moved on for various reasons. How do I find new women to staff my place? Any suggestions?

I have been to several erotic massage now in Happy Day spa in Sacramento which I never experienced that kind of massage before and have noticed something (maybe).
