Hey there, I’m Sophia: a highly skilled licensed massage therapist, nutrition coach, and personal trainer with two private and upscale studio locations in the DFW area.  As a fitness enthusiast I specialize in injury prevention and recovery, but my signature service is a perfect blend of Swedish, deep tissue, and sensual massage techniques. My background in Tantra yoga and energy work contributes to a highly unique and uplifting experience that goes beyond the mundane physical effects of massage. After a brief consultation to determine your areas of concern and stylistic preferences I welcome you to relax on my remarkably plush, heated massage table and allow my hands to work their healing magic on you.

Please text for fastest response. While I am always happy to provide same-day appointments when available, my schedule always fills up quickly. I recommend you book at least a day in advance to guarantee an appointment time that perfectly suits your day.

To discourage no-shows, new clients are required to send a one-time verification selfie with ID in order to reserve a time, no exceptions. Return clients may book longer/more specialized sessions.

My rates are as listed and my service as advertised. I am always happy to answer specific questions about your appointment in person and to discuss room rules upon your arrival. I will not respond to explicit texts or requests for additional pictures.
