Sorry to say , but I think it closed . At least that's what I heard thru the grapevine . That really is a shame for you guys too !! Not sure what happened or where they went , that's a shame for all of us !

For those of you trying to get thru to them , if you don't leave a call back time , then they won't call you back . If you call at 10 am and they are in sessions back to back until 2 pm , they get the message , but they won't call back . You might be with your SO , or back on the job . Leave your name / a name , number , and time frame that will be acceptable to call . For those of us who are not married , with flexible work , they can call anytime . But most are not so lucky in this hobby , so they err on the side of caution . You wouldn't want your wife to answer and schedule the appointment , now would you ???
