Try a foam roller and roll out your glutes and T-band. If it is really bad it is going to take more than one massage. Or, it could come back with a vengeance in the middle of the night. Then you are in trouble.

Thanks Thrilla I've been doing stretches. But the pain come and goes. But when it hit man it drops you. I'll try the foam roller.

Maybe a massage is not what you need.
If you haven't seen one yet, go see a physical therapist.
There are specific exercises that will help.

If it is a sciatic nerve it will take time and heat. I used to run marathons and developed one on a 20 mile training run. I think it took about 2 1/2 months and a lot of stretching before the pain stopped and I had my usual range of motion back.
