Where are you in MD.? If you are in Montgomery County, the best thing to do is look elsewhere. Stay away from Frederick, there's nothing there. Once you get up around Baltimore , your chances are better and there are more spas.
Virginia has quite a few also, although I've never been to one. My recommendation if you want to give him what you describe , is Moonlight Spa in Gwynn Oak. Someplaces, if he's never been there before will be very wary of him.

A pleasant location. Ample parking and ample space inside of the spa. This has been by far one of the best experiences.
