I have been there a handful of times. But there is no VIP area and no private place to have a lap dance. One other thing: if you are a person of color, you will have a problem getting a lap dance. I was told by a dancer that is because the person who runs that club (ahem) has a problem with people of color. While at another club in Kokomo, I was speaking to another dancer who had danced there in the past, but the owner didn't like the fact she was speaking to to guys of color. Therefore she wasn't asked to return. Just FYI...

This is easily one of the best clubs I've ever attended. The $3.00 cover is probably the lowest I've ever paid. Drinks are reasonable, a pitcher of Bud Light will run you about $10.00. But, the best value is the lap dance. First, start with the price - $10.00. Never more, never less. And the variety of women in this place is unreal. But, all is not perfect with the Hip Hugger. There is no VIP room for private dances. Every dance takes place on an old chair lined up along the wall. If you're lucky, you get the chair in the dark corner. But, if you can get past the lack of privacy, you're in for a great evening. I highly recommend.
