Review by md123 seemed pretty positive, so I am questioning the overall rating of "rip-off". Written comments sounded like all went pretty well, price was apparently not an issue, nor were services. I am not trying to impugn the reviewer's opinion, just trying to get clear: if a rip-off I would question whether I want to visit and thank the reviewer for the heads-up and warning. On the other hand, the written comments sound positive enough to get me to start looking for flights into Boise just for the pleasure of the visit. Confusing. Would very much appreciate a clarification, or maybe someone else's opinion that might be more specific.
