Ok guys, go careful there, I have a lawyer friend that told me a long story about the whole place being a hotbed of small "prostitution" sites and unlicensed businesses. Apparently the mixed residential and business situaion there leads to a lot of sketchy activity that LE is constantly asked to monitor (by the residents, of course). I think there's more too. I been to Hanabi's, Best Thai and Thai Hawaiian. Hanabi's is an amp, some of the girls at Best Thai and Thai Hawaiian give He and some do not. In fact, I hear that most of them at Thai Hawaiian do not.

I think the mae license is for the establishment and mat is for the therapist.
The experiences I've had (which is not much) is that the better looking and younger the provider is the worse the massage. That said, I've also had some pretty lame massages from less than attractive overweight women, Hah! I think that's why we keep looking for that perfect massage/he/looks/price combination.
