In an old gas station right next to I-75 - so close I drove right past it exiting the ramp and had to turn around. Looks like a dump from the outside, but inside it apparently was recently renovated, new drywall and laminate floor, spotless and clean

It was raining cats and dogs and since this place was an old service station with gas pumps many travelers pulled it to get out of rain. About 3/4 of way through mamasan comes in babbling in Hongul then the younger girl leaves an mamasan takes over.
