I would have to pretty much agree with Coyote with the exception of the after hours availability which is not that important and place them in this order.

1. Environment. Safe parking with no lurkers outside, a clean environment that doesn't have even a faint locker room odor. Relaxing music in the background such as smooth jazz, oriental flute or the like. NO RAP PLEASE!

2. Looks and age, an attractive lady in her 30's works for me. Don't want to visit my granddaughter or my grandma.

3. Massage skill, a firm relaxing massage to work out the kinks followed by or better yet along with some gentle teasing.

4. Attitude, if your acting skills are not up to par and it is obvious you are just going through the motions it's a mood killer.

5. Menu, of course it's important after all it's why we are here.

6. Price, value of services rendered for price is important if it isn't in line with other providers then I probably won't be back. Of course tips were invented for exceptional service!

I saw her one time, maybe a year or so ago. She used to advertise as Minnesota something or other. Was an apartment in Norcross. Was a decent massage but no extra's. At least that was my experience.
