The reason the amount is so high is that it was for two people. Both my wife and I went in hoping to get a chance to play with a couple of therapists. Both my wife and I repeatedly made advances to one of the therapists in the couples room. (wife was really hoping to lick some Asian Kitty), but to no avail.
