My 1st and last visit was a horrible experience. I was escorted to a massage area and told to undress and lay face down. I waited 20 minutes before anyone came back. The lady got upset when I asked that she go easy on my knees as I have a bad right knee. She told me to go to a Chinese massage if I wanted soft treatment. WTF? She was angry and rude. I was polite and only wanted to be able to walk again after the massage.
