If you call, they will ask for a name and if you have been there before. When you come in, there is a middle aged white woman with a european accent at the desk who will ask the same and ask you to fill out a customer card. Dont try to fake it, they will figure it out. I just gave them a fake name and fake address. Jennifer came out and led me to the room.
