The "hit and miss" might be due to the fact that the provider needs to trust you,get to know you,legit parlor, or you might be LE. It's good to read the reviews and go from there. If you go to a parlor twice and receive nothing, then stay away from there.

Yeah but I think the Chinese girls and Filipino girls are the best, they are more petite and slender than Koreans, and they seem to dress hotter. They seem more feminine.
