If this person was a man before and got surgery with all the works done, none of you guys would know that it was a man before in most cases.
This kind of reminds me of the old "All In The Family" show when Archie saves the life of "Beverly" by giving mouth-to-mouth. After Archie finds out that "Beverly" was a drag queen he's running around the house, using all of the Listerine mouthwash to cleanse his mouth...and his ego.
