There are various opinions on what to tip. There are no real "standards" just guides or guidelines.
You give the girl what you are and she agree to if discussion is made up front. Otherwise tip her what you feel is fair and the service was worth keep in mind that if you tip low and you plan to return your service will be affected on your next visit.
If I post ranges (and I will below) many people will chime in debate. It is my (or your money) so what other people really think should not factor in. What do you feel comfortable with.

HJ 20-60 (depending on skill, roaming, utc or
otc, partial nudity)
CBJ 60-100 (depedning on skill, roaming utc or
otc, nudity,
DATY etc)
BBBJ 80-100 (depending on skill, roaming utc or
otc, nudity,
DATY etc)
FS-100-140+ (depending on skill, services offered, attitude, into it not into it etc)
Any way this is VERY VERY VERY Subjective and it is meant to be a guide not a rule. Just to help people have an idea how much to bring in/spend.
Everyone here should know by now I like to take care of the ladies. I tip them well, I know there are guys out there who think it is fun to get as much as they can for as little as they can and I will not bad mouth them for it, that is their thing. It just is not my thing. So they should not bad mouth people who want to and are willing to pay more.
