Flash Rat is one of the last bars on the strip on the end. I wasn't impressed with the line up at all. But remember things change. You can sit on the bar and orders drinks while the girls dance behind it. The bar itself pretty much dominates the room. There is a small pool table off to the left and that's about it for this place.
