Moulin Rouge is a one of the more high profile clubs at the top of Burgos. The stage is small and surrounded by booth seating. The staff was very high energy and efficient. I saw some of the most attractive girls in Makati in there. The nice thing was they didn't attack you when you walk in a try to get you to buy 15 of them a drink. You can sit back and pick who you like. This is not the case in most bars here in Makati.
