Cafe Cubano located on the ground floor of the The Bellagio Hotel is open 24hrs a day and serves up some of the best Cuban food in Makati. It also has more freelancers hanging around than Castro had soldiers when he took over Cuba. They hang out and drink coffee night and day at this very sizable cafe.
