# AdultSearch — Full Reference > AdultSearch (adultsearch.com) is an online directory for advertising adult and erotic services. A user can change their account type from their user panel (e.g. "Change to Agency"). ## Payments Payment is accepted **only in cryptocurrency** (e.g. Bitcoin) via the third-party provider **Cryptopay** (https://cryptopay.io). No other method is accepted — no credit/debit card, PayPal, cash, check, wire transfer, or Venmo. Fighting spam is a constant battle, and occasionally a real account is deactivated by mistake. To re-activate, you must verify your identity — contact us. **My advertisement is not showing** — A first ad is manually reviewed before going live. If it is not live within 6 hours, the system may have flagged you as a likely spammer; you will need to verify your identity — contact us. **Someone posted a fake review/ad about me or is using my photos or private info** — This violates the terms of service. To remove such ads we need you to verify yourself: send a clear photo of your face holding a paper reading "Verified," or a clear video of your face saying "Verified." If someone used your photo without permission and the pictures are yours, we need a clear photo of your legal ID/driver's license/passport showing your face (no nudity required, only a face match), because people sometimes try to fraudulently take down others' ads. Providing a link to the ad(s) in question greatly helps. **How do I post more than 10 advertisements?** — Only Agency accounts may post more than 10 ads. **How do Top-Ups work?** — New ads always start at the top of the city page list. To move back to the top, buy "Top-Ups" (at the top-up purchase page) and use them any time for maximum exposure — most used in popular metro cities. **Why can't I see my side sponsor ads on mobile?** — Side sponsor ads are sold for desktop only, not mobile. **How do I upgrade to a Sticky Sponsored ad that stays at the top?** — Sticky Sponsor upgrades require an Agency account. **Why can't I buy a city thumbnail / side sponsor?** — If all such ads are sold out in your city, you must wait until one becomes available; this can take months or may not happen. **How to become an Escort Agency account?** — Click "Change to Agency" in your user panel. One agency ad costs $49.99/month and you must recharge at least $3,000 to start advertising. ### For escort agencies **Why did I lose my sticky ads?** — Sticky ads are first-come, first-served. If your credits run out, they are lost to a competitor. **I want to buy a sticky ad but it's not available in my city** — If sold out, wait until one becomes available; can take months or may not happen. **Can I send less than $3,000 USD to top up?** — Yes, but it goes to a pending budget and stays there until you send more.
