Sihanoukville (Victory Hill) are a hidden gem. The scene is not as plentiful as Thailand but still a great time. I am only commenting here but all of Victory Hill was amazing. The girls are absolutely wonderful. They got us food, drank for so cheap, then took a girl for the night ($30).
