Chisum, I am very partial to Osaka Spa on East Hillsborough in Tampa; however, you might have to invest in a second trip in order to build a repoire with them. I have heard good reports about Pine Tree in Largo and Aloha in Clearwater.
You also can find some upscale places where, in my humble opinion, the service does not match the price and the tips. However, admitedly my humble opinion might be a bit biased because I oppose overtipping.
I recommend using EroticMP to examine the reviews on this site and pursue accordingly.
