i would have to say ROYAL SPA is the best for your money. looks maybe kiaa or angelas.

Its a subjective question. What I consider good service may not be the same for you, what I find attractive you may not..

Asia Spa in Escondido. Linda a Korean provider, was very pretty, friendly, and a good fuck.

Escondido Health Spa (same general area as Asia) is also pretty great.
