Located off of a pretty busy street, depending upon time of day. Small parking lot. One one provider working at a time. Uses a timer to keep track of time.

I'm gonna give it a low score for now. I went and they don't offer TS and I could tell it was a legit place. Unless I'm wrong and someone can tell me differently.
